Your Account credentials — including your username and password — are strictly personal. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your Account. gul91 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
All financial transactions on gul91 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gul91 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently accepted:
Deposits are credited to your gul91 Account Balance as soon as funds are confirmed on gul91's end, typically within minutes of a successful transfer. gul91 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

A Member may close their gul91 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the Member's registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no outstanding compliance holds. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon Account closure.
gul91 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at its sole discretion, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is terminated by gul91 for cause, any outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to be derived from legitimate sources and no breach is confirmed, gul91 will return those funds to the Member.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating across Southeast Asian jurisdictions, with particular regard to the Indonesia market context in which gul91 primarily operates.
In the event of any dispute between a Member and gul91, the Member should first contact gul91's customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. gul91 aims to resolve all Member complaints within five business days of receipt.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, gul91 offers an internal escalation procedure. Members may submit a formal written complaint to gul91's compliance team via the contact details set out in Clause 15. gul91 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and issue a final decision within 14 calendar days.
gul91 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice posted on the gul91 Platform, or via the email address or mobile number registered to the affected Account, at least seven days before the change takes effect where practicable.
Your continued use of the gul91 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and request Account closure before the effective date of the change.
